What If? Reflections from the Agentforce World Tour

Published:20 June 2025
June brought us sunshine—and the Agentforce World Tour. With the theme “What If,” the event was nothing short of spectacular.
Zahra Bahrololoumi opened the day, resplendent in a striking primrose yellow three-piece suit and delivering her remarks with precision. That said, the opening segment ran a little long and, unfortunately, lost some of the audience’s energy. A shame, as the final speaker was Adolfo Hernandez—who was excellent. He’s doing fascinating work with AI at Capita, and it was inspiring to hear about the innovation underway in his recruitment business.
The event floor was buzzing with the usual stands and a sea of people—all of whom seemed ravenous. The catering was cleared out in minutes, leaving little for the slower among us. Still, it was a great opportunity to catch up with friends from FinDock, Desynit, Cognition24, Aptittuda, and others.
Accenture’s showcase of their work at the Post Office stood out. Roger Brown, the Commercial Director, has embraced Salesforce’s clicks-not-code philosophy with real commitment, leading a textbook transformation programme. It was seriously impressive.
We also enjoyed a series of excellent Campfire talks, including one from Emma Keeling—fresh from her appearance at London’s Calling. Every speaker delivered real value.
The day wrapped with Louis Theroux, who brought his usual mix of intelligence and disarming charm to the stage. Then it was on to dockside drinks with the beautiful people from Comnexa. A very worthwhile day.
