Special Prices

Special Prices are an Aedon feature which allows you to set individual prices per customer to overwrite the default listed price. This allows easy adoption for individual pricing when discounts are agreed upon for particular contracts.

To add a Special Price:

1. From the Sales or Purchases Menu, Click Special Prices.
2. Click New.
3. Select the Account you wish to apply a Special Price to.
4. Select which Product this special price applies to.
5. Set the Price you wish to apply (Net Value).
6. Click Save, or if you’re creating multiple Special Prices select Save & New.

To Edit a Special Price

1. From the Sales or Purchases Menu, Click Special Prices
2. Select the Special Price you wish to change.
3. Make any changes you wish.
4. Click Save.

If you Edit a Special Price, it will affect any unposted invoices and any future created invoices, so take care when amending the prices.

To Delete a Special Price

1. From the Sales or Purchases Menu, Click Special Prices
2. Select the Special Price you wish to change.
3. Click Delete.
