Accounts Receivable
Updated 31 October 2026
The Aged Accounts Receivable Balances report shows how much each customer owes you, split by how long it has been outstanding. Use it for credit control and chasing overdue invoices.
Open the report
Click the App Launcher (the grid of dots, top left), search for Aged AR Balances and open it.

- Summary CSV and Detail CSV(1) download the report for Excel: one line per customer, or one line per invoice.
- Report Date(2) is the date the ages are worked out from. It defaults to today; change it to see the position on another date.
- The tiles(3) show the total and how much falls into each age band: 0–30 days, 30–60 days, 60–90 days and Older.
- Click the arrow(4) at the end of a row to see that customer’s invoices, with the date, due date, amount settled and age of each.
The balances are net: any credits, payments on account or refunds for the customer are taken off.
Activity statement
The Aged AR Activity Statement (also in the App Launcher) has the same layout, but for each customer it lists every outstanding transaction with its gross amount, the amount paid so far, the amount outstanding and its transaction currency.

All amounts are shown in the base currency of the company you are logged in to.
