Financial Reports
The Financial Reports include the following:
- Monthly P&L
- Cumulative P&L
- Balance Sheet
- Trial Balance
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
Top-Down Reporting
In Aedon we refer to these type of reports as “Top-Down Reports” because they look at the performance of the business as a whole.
All the reports are created via a batch processing routine, so that depending upon the size of your data you may have to wait a few moments for it to be produced. There is a mini-refresh symbol on each page to allow you to check quickly without having to refresh the whole page which is slower.
The Financial Reports are always reported in the Base Currency of each Company.
On any number in the report, you can drill-down into the Ledger Entries which support it.
Reports can be exported in excel format or as a PDF.
Apart from the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for which it is not relevant:
- Reports can be compared to any of the budget layers one at a time.
- Ledger Entries can be grouped by the Nominal Code (Standard Grouping) or summarised by Reporting Class.
