Sales Proforma Invoice

Sales Proforma Invoices are generally used when a customer is required to pay in advance and needs to know the details of the payment.

Sales Proforma Invoices behave like Sales Invoices, except that that they do not create Ledger Entries. A Sales Proforma Invoices has no effect on the financial records and cannot be Posted. Instead, they can be converted into Sales Invoices.
